Returns & Exchanges:

Gator Grip, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • A Restocking Fee applies if the item being returned is not repacked properly or has excess wear.
  • Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.


Immediately upon completing an online order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once shipped, you will also receive an email showing your delivery confirmation or tracking number and the exact shipping date. Be sure to provide us with an accurate email address so you can receive these notifications.

Customer Payments:

Gator Grip, INC. accepts all major credit cards. A phone or fax order may be made with a personal check, but orders will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. All returned checks will be subject to a return check service charge of $30.00 or maximum permitted by law.

Customer Privacy

All information obtained by Gator Grip, Inc. during the order process will be used exclusively to fulfill Internet, phone and fax orders. Email addresses will be used to verify order information, order confirmation, and/or back order responses. Email addresses may also be used by Gator Grip, Inc. to facilitate merchandise specials and product promotion.
